My Story
I have always had a fascination with the human body and holistic healing. I fell in love with the world of massage at the age of 15 and from then on always wanted to learn how we can heal ourselves and develop deeper connections with our body. Learning the benefits of different massage modalities, whether energetic or clinical, grant us so much power over our lives. Learning how we can take care of ourself naturally with herbs and botanicals, grants us the ability to alleviate and overcome various health challenges. Through intergrative therapies we gain the ability to heal and manage physical or psycho-emotional problems, reducing the need for medications and invasive procedures. I enjoy working with other medical professionals to provide clients well-rounded care.

As someone who has personally suffered from car accidents and numerous injuries, including spinal problems, curing myself holistically is important to me. This began my journey in understanding anatomy and natural healing therapies. Like many others, I enjoy living an active and exciting life, so the ability to live without pain is imperative to my lifestyle as a mother, life-long student, martial artist, yogi and small business owner. With my personal and professional experience, I always consider how things feel when working on others and treat others just as I would want to be treated. I will always be authentically myself and want the same for you!

My Approach
My goal is to provide a safe, friendly and peaceful retreat for all those seeking a break from everyday pain and stress or who are embarking on a journey in health and wellness. I specialize in relieving headaches and low back pain.
My unique style is therapeutic. Which combines relaxation, stretching and trigger point therapy under a medical massage-trained approach. This style attends to key issues with the body while still providing a relaxing and relieving experience.

I am skilled in the usage of hot stones as a therapeutic tool to enhance the massage and provide deeper release from stiff muscles and tension. Hot stones melt fascia (connective tissue) and relax tight muscles allowing me to release those constricted areas. This results in you feeling like jello after feeling like hard play-doh.
I do not believe "pain is gain" when it comes to massage and teach that any 'pain' or 'discomfort' should ultimately feel relieving in any therapeutic setting to avoid any further injuries, that can be irreversible.

Massage therapy in combination with aromatherapy offers a variety of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. The implementation of natural, organic, therapeutic grade essential oils adds to the therapeutic experience. Whatever your goals or needs are, you will benefit from the combination of the two..
