How is payment made?

$25-$45 non-refundable deposit due at booking varies based on service type and duration. Remainder of payment is due after completion of service. Recurring payment plans are available and get pulled monthly.  

 

Clients with plans dont need to pay deposit when booking their monthly service, just select "Pay with plan" option at checkout. 

 

Cash, Zelle, Credit Card and Venmo accepted. Cash/Zelle/Venmo preferred.  

 

Mention promo-codes on the form at checkout or after service.

 

Tips are always appreciated. 

 

I prefer not to book at home, how do I book?

Nicole offers in-office appointments at 703 Executive Drive in Winter Park. Select your preference at booking. Wednesday appointments are mobile only. All in-home massages include a travel fee of $25.

 

I have prior medical history, injuries or take medications:

Any possible contraindications or important medical information will be discussed at intake prior to and during the time of your massage. However, please indicate in the booking form any information that may be important to your massage.

 

This information is imperative to guaranteeing a safe massage.  

 

This includes ANY and ALL surgeries, allergies, medications, medical conditions and disorders, injuries, chronic ailments or conditions.

 

*Organic virgin coconut oil is used for all massages, please indicate if you are allergic or need to supply your own oil.

This is my first massage, what should I do or expect?

Welcome to the world of massage! It's great here... I'm also so glad that you've come to me for your first massage experience because I love setting the bar! That aside, massage is generally very safe and helpful for a variety of issues including chronic pain, stress, fatigue, anxiety, injuries and physical conditions.

 

However, with any bodywork or manipulative techniques, risks are always a possibility. So communication is incredibly important. If anything hurts, feels unbearable or uncomfortable be sure to let me know so we can adjust and work through it.

 

You will be draped and fully covered the entire time. I will only work on the areas you request or feel comfortable with me working on. There is nothing sexual about massage and it is strictly professional.

Disrobe to your level of comfort, though it is recommended you remove your bra (if applicable) and underwear removal is optional but suggested for work on the glutes and hips.

If you decide that my work isn't for you, that's totally fine and I can try to find you another therapist who could be a better fit! Communication is key in this industry.

Cancellation Policy:

A $15 cancellation fee is charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit for all last minute cancellations or no show appointments.

 

A 12-24 hour cancellation notice is required on all appointments to prevent the charging of the fee. Rescheduled appointments within this window will not be charged and the deposit will apply toward the future booking.

 

Credentials and Professionalism:

Nicole is a 7 year licensed massage therapist who graduated from a 750 hr program school and is Florida Department of Health licensed (MA91528).

 

After graduating, Nicole has completed several hours of continuing education courses in Orthopedic Assessment of the Neck, Knee and Shoulder; European Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Somatic Rehabilitation of the Neck, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Medical Massage for Headaches and Low Back Pain and Lomi-Lomi level 1.

 

Student/Teacher/First Responder/Low Income Cost Adjustments:

All students, teachers, veterans, first responders or people whose household income is less than $65k a year are eligible for an adjusted rate in an effort to make massage available to all and bridge the inequity in accessibility to care.

 

Household income under $65k means the combined income of all earners within the home and for those with dependents. If you do not fall within the category please do not ask for the discount as it takes away from those who need it and my ability to continue the offer. For those who are ineligible for this adjustment, your full payment makes this offering possible and other discounts are available through periodic promotions and monthly plans.

 

This offer cannot be combined with promotions and coupons. Deposits and Cancellation Fees still apply.

Proof by student ID, employment card, etc. is appreciated but not required. I appreciate your respect in this honor system.
